Bill Huss

Bill began his journey at D&M in March 1996 and became a part owner in 2011. Over his twenty-eight-year tenure, he has been an essential asset, undertaking various roles in retail sales, commercial sales, scheduling, and estimating. Bill's responsibilities encompass “whatever it takes” each day, assisting wherever needed, with a primary focus on expanding D&M's offerings and maintaining its financial stability. His dedication to building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and his team has fostered a culture of trust and collaboration within the company. Outside of work, Bill enjoys hunting, golfing, coaching high school softball, and spending time with friends and family at their lake house.

Kevin Pomeroy

Kevin started at D&M in 1989, assuming diverse responsibilities ranging from installation tasks to coordinating installations. In 2011, he became a part owner. At D&M, Kevin plays a crucial role in overseeing quality control and conducting pre-inspections both before a project starts and after installation is complete. He efficiently and effectively identifies and addresses challenges, striving to better serve our customers and ensure that our products and services meet D&M's high standards. Kevin truly enjoys collaborating with our team and values the connections he builds with new and long-standing customers. Outside of work, Kevin loves spending time with his children, walking, and spending time up north.

Craig Verkuilen

Craig joined D&M in July 1990, gaining experience in sales, accounting, and scheduling before becoming a part owner in 2011. He believes that working in these diverse roles provided him with a comprehensive understanding of how a business operates. This broad perspective has enabled him to appreciate the interconnectedness of different aspects of D&M and what makes it a robust cooperative. At D&M, Craig aids in order placement, product reception, invoice processing, bill payments, payroll management, and bill dispatching. Beyond the workplace, Craig enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf, and taking great pride in maintaining his yard.

Adam Lamers

Adam joined D&M in 2009 after gaining experience through his high school's co-op program. At D&M, Adam serves as our project coordinator, and is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of all projects. He excels in developing detailed project plans, managing schedules, and coordinating with diverse teams of contractors, suppliers, and clients. Adam's meticulous attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Adam takes great pride in representing D&M, where we deliver quality service to our community and stay true to our mission. Outside of work, Adam is a devoted husband and father of two. He enjoys spending time outdoors, kickboxing, camping, and being an active member of his local church.

Stacy Sprangers

Stacy joined D&M in April 2011. After completing college, Stacy began as a designer at D&M and with ten years of design experience, transitioned into the role of showroom manager. She possesses extensive knowledge in various areas, particularly regarding past and current products in and around the showroom. With a keen eye for design and a deep understanding of the latest trends and technologies in flooring, Stacy ensures that our showroom offers an inspiring and comprehensive selection of products. Her dedication to creating a welcoming and informative environment helps our customers make confident, informed decisions about their design needs. Outside of work, Stacy enjoys reading, traveling, and gardening. Her favorite pastime is camping and exploring the outdoors with her husband and son.

Amanda Conrad

Amanda began her career at D&M in 2017, after taking some time away in 2023 to focus on raising her children and to explore the cabinet industry. At D&M, Amanda is our expert kitchen and bath designer. Her passion for design is evident in every project she undertakes. She genuinely enjoys helping clients bring their visions to life, skillfully incorporating a diverse range of colors, textures, and styles to create unique and personalized spaces. Her expertise in the latest design software, coupled with her commitment to staying current with industry trends and innovations, ensures that her designs are not only beautiful but also cutting-edge. Beyond D&M, Amanda is a proud mother of three. She enjoys spending time with her husband and children, actively participating in and supporting their various activities and interests.

Lani Schultz

Lani began her tenure at D&M in 2015, assuming the role of an interior designer. Her passion for the industry led her to pursue a degree in interior design, which she earned in 2000. With years of experience in kitchen, bath, and flooring design, Lani is dedicated to helping customers transform their living spaces into personalized havens that reflect their style and meet their needs. Her ability to listen to clients and translate their ideas into stunning designs has earned her a loyal following and numerous accolades within the industry. Outside of work, Lani loves spending time with her friends and family and enjoys reading, traveling, and outdoor activities.

Laurie Delebreau

Laurie joined D&M in May 2021 as a certified interior designer. Although she has worked in various industries, it was during her time as a research scientist and mother of young children that Laurie discovered her passion for creative, budget-friendly interior design solutions. She excels in attentive client consultation and collaborative efforts to craft personalized spaces that fulfill desired visions. Laurie is well-versed in interior design trends from homes dating back to the 1890s to the present day. Outside of work, Laurie enjoys vintage shopping, live music, cheering for the Green Bay Packers, and spending time with friends and family.

Maura Schwabenlander

In 2022, Maura joined D&M as a certified interior designer, driven by a passion cultivated over years of assisting friends and family with their design aspirations. With an ability to translate clients' visions into reality, Maura finds fulfillment in being a pivotal role in the design transformations. By skilfully using light, color, texture, and art she creates beautiful, comfortable, and functional spaces. Her keen eye for detail ensures that every project surpasses client expectations, leaving them delighted with the impeccable craftsmanship and thoughtful design solutions. Outside of work, Maura loves spending time with loved ones, golfing, running, and relaxing up north.

Kate Preston

Kate began her full-time role at D&M in August 2022, following her internship in 2020. As a certified interior designer, Kate has always been passionate about the arts and design. She loves working with new customers and is eager to take on new projects, ensuring they are executed to specifications. Her portfolio spans residential and non-residential projects, each showcasing her ability to blend modern aesthetics with timeless elements. Kate's dedication to continuous learning ensures she remains at the forefront of industry trends, providing her clients with the best in design excellence. Outside of work, Kate enjoys crafting, spending time with animals, exploring the outdoors, and relaxing at her cabin with friends and family.

Becky Kafka

Becky has been with D&M since December 2006, serving as a certified and highly knowledgeable interior designer. She specializes in assisting clients with the selection of various flooring products for both new construction and remodeling projects. Additionally, Becky prepares pricing estimates for contractors to aid them in their bidding processes. She finds great satisfaction in the challenge of finding the "perfect" floor for homeowners, one that aligns with their aesthetic preferences, household needs, and budget. Becky takes immense pride in seeing her clients happy! Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband on their hobby farm. Becky's creative talents flourish beyond her professional life, manifesting in her pursuits of oil painting, sewing, upholstery projects, and landscaping activities.

Paige Kraus 

Since joining D&M as an intern in 2021 and transitioning to full-time status in May 2022, Paige has seamlessly integrated into her multifaceted role. Apart from managing various tasks such as placing orders, receiving products, processing invoices, managing bill payments, payroll, and sending out bills, Paige brings a wealth of knowledge as a third-generation D&M employee, showcasing her profound understanding of the company's operations and embracing the ever-changing dynamics of her workday. Beyond her commitments at D&M, Paige finds joy in spending quality time with loved ones. Whether she's playing a round of golf, coaching high school basketball, tending to her garden, or embarking on adventures to new destinations, Paige lives life to the fullest.

Chad Meulemans

Chad joined the D&M team in August 2000, establishing himself as a dependable installer over his twenty-three-year tenure. Recently, Chad was promoted to the role of installation and training manager. In this capacity, he collaborates closely with our installers, identifying and overseeing their training requirements. Chad designs, plans, and executes comprehensive training programs, policies, and procedures to address these needs effectively. He finds immense satisfaction in contributing to the significant transformations of customers' homes, deriving excitement from witnessing the remarkable "before" and "after" results. Beyond his duties at D&M, Chad cherishes spending quality time with his wife and beloved dog.

Dave Braun

 Dave joined D&M in July 2000, where he currently serves in commercial sales. In this capacity, Dave plays a pivotal role in managing customer accounts, cultivating relationships with potential clients, overseeing sales pipelines, nurturing business partnerships, and offering support for marketing initiatives. With two decades of experience as an installer prior to transitioning into sales, Dave possesses a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the industry, which greatly enhances his effectiveness in his current role. Outside of his professional endeavors at D&M, Dave enjoys spending quality time with his family in the great outdoors, engaging in activities such as hunting, fishing, and camping.

Ralph De Decker

Ralph joined D&M in 2019, specializing in commercial sales. As a key member of the team, Ralph is instrumental in driving new business acquisition and facilitating revenue growth within the company. His expertise lies in adeptly identifying and targeting potential clients through a strategic combination of cold calling, networking, and thorough industry research. Ralph finds fulfillment in the relational aspect of the industry, relishing the opportunity to build connections with clients and gain insight into their unique needs. Beyond his professional pursuits at D&M, Ralph embraces an active lifestyle, enjoying outdoor adventures such as mountain biking, kayaking, fishing, and downhill skiing.

Luke Hartjes

Luke joined the D&M team in March 2021, serving as one of the initial points of contact for clients before a project commences. In his role, Luke meticulously prepares cost estimates encompassing material, equipment, and labor expenses. He diligently gathers client specifications, elucidates material options, and utilizes estimating software to formulate comprehensive installation plans. Luke finds fulfillment in the opportunity to interact with new individuals and expand his knowledge base. Outside of his responsibilities at D&M, Luke immerses himself in his love for music, notably mastering the bass guitar, and treasures moments spent outdoors with his children.

Faith Moreau

Faith joined D&M in 2024, specializing in HR Marketing. In her role, Faith focuses on attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent. She integrates marketing principles with HR practices to elevate D&M's brand and cultivate a favorable image in the job market. Drawing from her background in education, Faith brings valuable skills in communication, empathy, adaptability, and understanding diverse perspectives, all of which are essential for effective HR marketing communication. Beyond her professional endeavors at D&M, Faith enjoys spending quality time with loved ones, traveling to northern destinations or Door County for a retreat, playing golf, and immersing herself in her culinary passion.
